1. Upon ticketing and at airport check-in, please provide your Sky Pearl Club membership number and make sure that the name printed in the ticket you hold is the same one on your mileage account.
2. At airport check-in, please offer your Sky Pearl Club membership card.
3. If you find the mileage credit on partner airlines' flights are missing, please mail both the original Boarding Pass and paper ticket (E-ticket)'s copies for the mileage reclaim. You're advised to mail in the express to ensure its arrival. The flight mileage retro-claim is valid within six months after the completion of each given flight.
4. One qualified travel with China Southern or other partner airlines can credit mileage towards one FFP account only.
