As China Southern Platinum Card,Gold card and Silver card member, now you could enjoy the CZ Elite Benefits around the global network.

In order to upgrade flight segments and mileage,China Southern plans to introduce a new requirement to elite status qualification in the near future.A number of annual amount spent on CZ will be required in addition to EQS and EQM.

1. 1. Elite Bonus Miles only counted towards "Award Mileages", but not towards "Elite Qualifying Miles"
2. 2. The class not qualified for mileage credit (like China Southern's N/R/J/X/P/I/Z/O class) is invalid for Elite Bonus Miles.
3. 3. The flight mileages earned on Skyteam Partners Airlines’ flights in effective classes can be counted towards Elite Bonus Mileage. Elite Bonus Mileage is based on the Elite status and Statute Mileage.

1. 1. CZ Elite Benefits - Lounge Access:
   • * Platinum Card Members can bring two companion into lounge, Gold Card Members can bring one companion into lounge while Silver Card Members can access to the lounge only for themselves;
   • * The companion bought by Platinum Card Member or Gold Card Member cardholder should appear with the cardholder when requesting to lounge access;
   • * CZ only provides lounge access at lounges operated by CZ or having service contract with CZ.
2. 2. Elite Benefits — Extra Free Baggage Allowance: the rule of weight and size for the extra baggage on the flights using the piece concept is the same as the service standard of the class on the ticket.
3. 3. CZ Elite Benefits - Priority Security At Selected Airports:

Flight delays Elite Benefits- In case of flight irregularity, the Platinum Card, Gold Card and Sliver Card tier members who buy First Class or Business Class tickets enjoy the same treatment with passenger of First Class or Business Class.The Platinum Card, Gold Card and Sliver Card tier members who buy Economy Class tickets enjoy the flight service prior to Economy Class passengers, the service details in accordance with the China Southern Airline irregularity flight passengers protection rules.
