For the security of personal information and mileage in the member account, the account cancellation rules of China Southern Airlines’ Sky Pearl Member is adjusted as follows:
Starting from December 20, 2023 (inclusive), Sky Pearl Club members can only be canceled once in a year. Specifically,after the member cancels the account, if the account is re-registered, it cannot be canceled again within 365 days from the date of the first cancellation (if the second year is a leap year, it cannot be canceled within nearly 366 days).
For example, if you cancel on December 20, 2023, and re-register your account, the next cancellation can only occur 366 days later, on or after December 21, 2024 (2024 is a leap year); After you cancel on December 20, 2024, and re-register your account, the next cancellation can only occur 365 days later, on or after December 21, 2025 (2025 is a non-leap year).
Due to system maintenance, the account cancellation function will be temporarily disabled from 20:00 to 24:00 on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
