How to Reclaim Mileage:
1. China Southern Flights
● Website: Visit the Sky Pearl Club website and log on your account for
mileage reclaim.

● Hotline: Please call the China Southern Airlines Customer Service
Center by dialing 95539, and provide your personal information and flight
details.
● Mail: Please mail all necessary documents (boarding pass and copy of
receipt) to The Sky Pearl Club. Please write your FFP membership card number on
all the documents. Our address is: China Southern Airlines Sky Pearl Club,
Jichang Road 278, Guangzhou, 510405, China. To
avoiding losing documents, we suggest you to use express delivery service.
● Counter: Please submit your boarding pass and copy of your receipt to
The Sky Pearl Club
Service Counter.
2. Airline Partners
● Mail: Please mail all necessary documents (boarding pass and copy of
receipt) to The Sky Pearl Club. Please write your FFP membership card number on
all the documents. Our address is: China Southern Airlines Sky Pearl Club,
Jichang Road 278, Guangzhou, 510405, China. To
avoiding losing documents, we suggest you to use express delivery service.
● Counter: Please submit your boarding pass and copy of receipt to any Sky Pearl Club
Service Counter.
● Phone: Call customer service hotline: 95539. Provide flight information
including name, Sky Pearl Club number, segment, flight No,ticket number, flown
class as required. We will submit the reclaim requirement and wait for the
Airline Partner to confirm.
3. Non- Airline Partners
● Please reserve your mileage claim statement and call the service hotline of each
of our partners for additional information.
