SMS check-in service is available for all passengers of CZ coded flights at 31 airports in China where SMS check-in service is offered. For Sky Pearl Club standard card members who have registered a valid Chinese mobile phone number will receive a SMS invitation for using this service. By replying to the SMS, standard card members will receive relevant information about check-in. The language used for this service is Chinese.

1.You are a member of Sky Pearl Club who has registered your valid Chinese mobile phone number. (For modification or confirmation, please login to your account.)
2.Your flight departs from one of the 64 airports in China where SMS check-in service is available.
3.Your flight is a domestic flight operated by China Southern Airlines, code-share flights with a prefix of 5/7 excluded.
4.Your flight is not a transfer flight.
5.The service is available for adult passengers only, infants and children excluded.
6.You have China Southern Airlines E-ticket for a specific flight.
Step 1: If your flight takes off between 00：00AM and 12:59PM, you will receive the SMS at about 02:00 PM the day before departure; If your flight takes off between 1：00PM and 12：00PM, you will receive the SMS at about 08:00AM on the departure day. If there are several segments, you will receive the SMS for all the segments with the same departure date. For segments with different departure date, the SMS will be sent to you according to the above rules.
Step 2: Reply with “1” after receiving the SMS.
Step 3: You will receive our SMS reply reminding you to select a seat. Just reply with the seat number you preferred.
Step 4: You will receive the SMS confirmation information.
Step 5: You can get your boarding pass at the check-in counter indicated in the SMS confirmation (if any), or there will be no limitation on check-in counters. To change your seat, please go to the check-in counter.
This SMS service is currently free of charge in China.
