WeChat service invites you to move fingers for easy travel

China Southern has launched its official “WeChat” customer service on the internet! All you need to do is only to follow the official WeChat of CZ: China Southern Airlines (WeChat ID:CS95539) and bind your Sky Pearl Club membership number with it, and you will have most of the flight-relevant self-services at your fingertips as well as you can talk to the customer service representatives by just texting your questions.

The CZ official WeChat provides services ranging from fare queries and booking, flight status info, baggage tracking, special in-flight service reservation, Sky Pearl Club mileage retro claiming, to any travel assistance, etc. You may conduct the services all by yourself, or you may ask a customer service representative to help you with any flight or membership issues.

It recently launched a brand-new service named Unaccompanied Children self-tracking service, so-called “Mu Mian Tong Fei”, with which the parents can check their children’s in-flight photos taken and uploaded by the flight attendants.

Since the WeChat is a service channel integrating text, image and voice, which will enormously enhance the efficiency of the interaction with customers.  The WeChat service is expected to play the role as an “Encyclopedia” for CZ traveling in the near future.
