New Service: China Southern launches On-line Skyteam Award tickets Redemption

We now have upgraded our member benefits that Sky Pearl Club members can redeem Skyteam Award tickets on line.

If you want to redeem the Skyteam award tickets, currently you need to call our service hotline 95539 to apply, now we have added a new way to redeem, you can also redeem on our website.

1.9 Skyteam Airlines award tickets can be redeem: AM/AR/AZ/CI/DL/MF/MU/SU/VN, currently other Skyteam Airlines cannot be redeemed on line.
2.Sky Pearl Club members can log onto his/her account on our website, and choose “Skyteam Award tickets.”
3.Each time you can only redeem for one adult or a child or a baby and the baby accounts for a seat on plane.
4.Mileage upgrade is not available for on-line service. The ticket validity is one year. Extension is not acceptable.

In order to celebrate Skyteam 15 years anniversary, from now on until 30th Sep, 2015, you can enjoy 15% discount of mileages if you redeem Skyteam award tickets on our website.
