The Announcement Of Upgrade Member Service System By China Southern Airlines

Dear Sky Pearl Club Members,

Please note that China Southern Airlines is updating the member service system recently. We are sorry that some of membership services are not available from 2nd November 2017 to 5th November 2017, the affected services including:

Mileage retro claim and account merge, sky pearl store log in, member enrollment online, mileage accumulation and redemption, identity authentication online and account profile management except account activity visit.
