At the designated airport, you can enter corresponding lounge by scan the exclusive QR code to purchase lounge experience voucher or redeeming your mileage to the voucher for you or your assignee.
Rules:
- (1) If Sky Pearl Club members hold the China Southern Airlines flight ticket（non-members can scan QR code to join the club）want to enter VIP lounge, they can scan the exclusive QR code to purchase lounge experience voucher or redeeming your mileage to the voucher for you or your assignee.
- (2)This product is only available to Passengers who hold China Southern Airlines Ticket, After purchase successfully, the electronic experience voucher can be used by the purchaser and can also be used by fellow travelers. Mileage redemption vouchers, can use only for members or assignees.
- (3)Children are at the same price as adults.
- (4)The experience vouchers valid for 48 hours, if not used for 48 hours, the system will refund after 7 working days to the purchase channel which passengers paid, refund to the account about 7-15 working days, accounting date according to the payment channel standard.
- (5) If passengers want to manage order and operate refund, they can log in m.csair.com China Southern mobile site, or use the China Southern Airline app to enter "My Orders", or enter "Order Inquiry" China Southern Airlines Wechat official account.
- (6) If Passengers need the invoice, they can contact 95539 to mail it. Passengers can also log in www.csair.com Home - "Service Hall" - "e-invoice" to self-service get electronic invoice.
