How to Reclaim Mileage:
1. China Southern Flights
● Website: Visit the Sky Pearl Club website and log on your account for mileage reclaim.

● Hotline: Please call the China Southern Airlines Customer Service Center by dialing 95539, and provide your personal information and flight details.
● Mail: Please mail all necessary documents (boarding pass and copy of receipt) to The Sky Pearl Club. Please write your FFP membership card number on all the documents. Our address is: China Southern Airlines Sky Pearl Club, Feiyun East Street 35, Jichang Road, Guangzhou, 510405, China. To avoiding losing documents, we suggest you to use express delivery service.
● Counter: Please submit your boarding pass and copy of your receipt to The Sky Pearl Club Service Counter.
2. Airline Partners
● Mail: Please mail all necessary documents (boarding pass and copy of receipt) to The Sky Pearl Club. Please write your FFP membership card number on all the documents. Our address is: China Southern Airlines Sky Pearl Club, Feiyun East Street 35, Jichang Road, Guangzhou, 510405, China. To avoiding losing documents, we suggest you to use express delivery service.
