2013 China Southern Airlines Sky Pearl Club Mileage Renewal Plan

My miles are about to expire, but I don't have any plan to redeem them.
My miles are about to expire, but I don't have enough miles for a flight.
Before your miles expire, register for the Mileages Renewal Promotion
There are two kind of mileage renewal plans designed just for you!

Mileage Renewal Plan A: Flight to Renew!

Within 12 months prior to your expiration date, if your Sky Pearl Club's Eligible Flight Accrual Records1 and Eligible Air Redemption Records2 meet our requirements, your FFP mileage nearing expiration will be renewed up to 24 months.

2 to 4 6 months
5 to 9 12 months
10 or above 24 months

1. Eligible Flight Accrual Records are actual recorded miles on China Southern Airlines flights (coded by CZ) and in the eligible accrual class.
2. Eligible Air Redemption Records mean to the air redemption records for Award Ticket or Award Upgrade on CZ flights or partner airlines' flights. Please note that one flight segment will be calculated as one Eligible Air Redemption Record.

Mileage Renewal Plan B: Redeem to Renew!

If you don't meet the requirements of Plan A(listed above), you can "pay" a 20% mileage deduction fee to extend the validity of your Sky Pearl Club miles for an additional 6 months.

Mr. Chen and Ms. Li have 1,000 Sky Pearl Club miles set to expire on March 31, 2013.
If they join the Mileage Renewal Promotion, how will their mileage change?

1. Mr. Chen has 11 eligible records of CZ flight accrual and air redemption.
So, his 1,000 expiring miles will be renewed for 24 additional months (to March 31, 2015).
2. Ms. Li only has 1 eligible CZ flight accrual record and her mileage is not enough for redemption.
But she still has 800 Sky Pearl Club miles which can renew for 6 months (to September 30, 2013).

 

Terms and Conditions:

  • 1. To take part in this promotion, members must first register for the promotion before their mileage expires. You can register by calling China Southern Airlines Customer Service Center, 24 hours a day at 95539 or visit us online at www.csair.com.
  • 2. This promotion is only applicable to the mileage with validity within 2013.
  • 3. Mileage will be automatically extended based on the promotional rules - within 5 working days after the expiration date.
  • 4. Only the Eligible Flight Accrual Records and Eligible Air Redemption Records credited within 12 months before the expiration date is eligible for the promotion.
