1. Elite members of China Southern Airlines (CZ) can enjoy the following privileges when traveling on flights operated by partner airlines, regardless of the ticket fare. The specific flight scope is subject to the table below.

2. If an Elite member of CZ holds a First Class, Business Class, or codeshare ticket, when certain service standards of the ticket held are higher than the following standards, the service item will be served according to the high standard.

3. Before enjoying the privileges of partner airlines, Elite members of CZ should present their CZ membership card to the staff of the partner airline as proof of their Elite membership status.

4. The specific service content may be periodically updated according to the agreements with the partner airlines. Please consult the local staff for the most up-to-date information.

5. "●" represents the availability of CZ Elite Members themselves, "+1/2" represents that one or two companions can be carried, "+10kg/1pc" represents that 10kg or 1 piece of luggage can be added, and "-" represents that it is not available.

1. Priority check-in

If there is no elite member check-in counter at airport, CZ elite members (and eligible companions) can use the first class counter. If there is no first class counter, CZ elite members (and eligible companions) can use the business class or other premium passenger counter. If there is elite member check-in counter at airport, CZ elite members (and eligible companions), who hold economy class tickets, can only check-in at the elite member counter.

2. Priority Baggage Handling

The baggage of CZ elite members (and eligible companions) should be marked with the first/business class baggage tag (if there is no first/business class baggage tag, the "Priority" baggage tag can be attached). The baggage is loaded last and unloaded first.

3. Extra Free Baggage Allowance

CZ elite members are entitled to additional weight on weight-based flights or additional pieces on piece-based flights. The maximum weight of additional baggage on piece-based flights must be the same as the basic baggage allowance.

4. Lounge Access

4.1 If there is no elite member lounge at airport, CZ elite members (and eligible companions)  can use the first class lounge. If there is no first class lounge, CZ elite members (and eligible companions)  can use the business class lounge or other premium passenger lounge. If there is elite member lounge at airport, economy class CZ elite members (and eligible companions)   can only use the elite member lounge.

4.2 CZ elite members (and eligible companions) traveling on codeshare flights operated by Donghai Airlines, Qingdao Airlines, Loong Air, or Chengdu Airlines can prioritize the use of China Southern Airlines' own First Class/Business Class lounges. At airports without China Southern Airlines' own lounges, they can use the operating carrier's First Class/Business Class lounges or lounges arranged by the operating carrier (Chengdu Airlines does not provide lounges arranged by the operating carrier). When traveling on regular or codeshare flights operated by other partner airlines, they can use the designated lounges of the operating carrier.

List of China Southern Airlines' own lounges: Wuhan, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Harbin, Changchun, Changsha, Chongqing, Chaoshan Jieyang, Dalian, Zhuhai, Shanghai Pudong/Hongqiao, Shenyang, Guiyang, Haikou, Nanning, Zhengzhou, Beijing (Daxing), Urumqi, Nanjing, Kunming, Hangzhou, Nanyang, Sanya, Xi'an. Please refer to the actual availability of the own lounges on-site.

4.3 Xiamen Air: Xiamen Airlines only provides lounge services at the self-operated lounges in Xiamen, Fuzhou, Jinjiang, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Shanghai（Hongqiao）.

4.4 Sichuan Airlines: Sichuan Airlines only provides lounge services on Sichuan Airlines' domestic flights in China.

4.5 American Airlines operated or codeshare flights: On the day of travel or before 6 a.m. the following day, Platinum members of China Southern Airlines and two companions, as well as Gold members of China Southern Airlines and one companion, can access the "Admirals Club" branded lounge of American Airlines.

Kennedy International Airport; Los Angeles International Airport (3 lounges); LaGuardia Airport; Orlando International Airport; Miami International Airport (2 lounges); 2、Admirals Club Lounge in Asia, Europe, Latin America：Buenos Aires Ministro Pistarini International Airport; Rio de Janeiro Airport; Sao Paulo Guarulhos International Airport; London Heathrow International Airport; Mexico City Benito Juarez International Airport。Please refer to the actual opening time on site.

5. Priority Boarding

CZ elite members (and eligible companions) enjoy the right to board the aircraft first or at any time at their convenience.

6. Companions must be on the same flight as the cardholder of the China Southern Elite Member and appear at the same time as the cardholder.
